Pregnancy conditions and the health of the new born causes stress in the women. Expecting a healthy newborn the mother will be anxious to provide all the required nutrients to the life in her womb. PARENTAL CARE

The ways to care the child will be the most confusing task of a carrying woman. For a person expecting her firstborn, it will be difficult to understand whether she is prepared to protect her child. The methods to teach lessons of life to the child and to bring up the newborn to a knowledgeable and talented one will also create tension in the minds of the mother. If the mother is expecting her second born, her apprehension will be on how to care both the new born and the first born.

Worry about labour and delivery problems can be prevented by speaking to experienced mothers who have enjoyed peaceful deliveries. Sharing of anxieties with experienced mothers will also be advantageous as it will give proper guidance on the ways to protect the child and things to be taken care of during pregnancy period.

RELAX THE MIND:

Relaxation methods including meditation will be helpful to prevent anxiety. A calm mind will be able to expect the newborn without any anxiety. It would also help to welcome the new life with a prepared mind. If meditation alone is not working, it is better to convey the problem to the gynecologist who will be able to suggest mild medications and relaxation exercises. Love and care of the husband can protect the women from anxiety disorder during pregnancy. Feeling of togetherness will help to reduce her worries and fill her mind with confidence.
